Healthy Moong Dal Idli

Ingredients: Moong Dal: 1 Cup Some Green Chilies A little piece of ginger Cumin: ½ tbsp. Salt: ½ tbsp. Baking Soda: ½ tsp

Method: First things first add 1 cup moong dal in a bowl then rinse it with water. Add moong dal, green chilies & ginger in mixer and blend smooth paste then add that batter in a a clean bowl. Then add cumin, salt & baking soda with little bit of water and mix properly. Then take a Idli plate & brush some oil in it & then add moong dal Idli batter into it and then place it in steamer (steam for 15-20 minutes). After it cooked completely take the Idlis out after 10 minutes & then serve & enjoy.
