Healthy Jowar (Sorghum) Flour Idli

Ingredients:
Jowar (sorghum) flour: 1cup
Rava (semolina/suji): ½ cup
Curd (dahi/yoghurt): ½ cup
Salt: 1tsp
Baking Powder: ½ tsp
Method:
First of all add jowar (sorghum) flour in bowl & then add Rava (semolina/suji), curd, salt, water & mix it all and make a smooth batter & cover 5 mins.
After take a Idli plate and grease the oil then add baking powder in Idli batter & mix it well & add the batter into it.
Then place it in steamer and steam the Idli perfectly & serve hot with chutney.
