Healthy Ragi Ladoo



Ingredients:

Ragi Ladoo

Ghee

Desiccated Coconut

Ragi Atta

Organic Jaggery Powder


Method:

Firstly in a large kadai 4 Tbsp ghee and then add 1 Cup Ragi Flour & mix it well. Now add ½ Cup Of desiccated coconut into it and mix it well. Then add that batter in a clean bowl.

After that add jaggery (gud) in a kadai And then add ½ cup water into it and sauté it for a minute and add that syrup into that Ragi batter and mix it well.

Then make Ladoos out of it and decorate it with Desiccated Coconut.
