3 Ingredients Healthy Protein Groundnut Chikki and Laddu



Ingredients:


Ghee (clarified butter): 2tbsp

Groundnut: 1cup

Jaggery (gud) : 1cup


Method:


First of all add groundnut in a sauce pan and roast for 10 minutes. After separate the skin and take it out in a plate. Then add jaggery (gud) into another sauce pan then add 2tbsp of ghee (clarified butter) and water as per consistency) then stir well (on low flame) till jaggery completely melts, let it boil for 5-6 minutes.

After add a drop of jaggery batter in water and if you find it is a hard ball then your consistency is perfect.

Then add roasted peanuts in a mixer and blend it then add the crushed peanuts in jaggery batter and mix well.

After take a plate and grease the butter or ghee on it transfer the batter and level up then cut the pieces.
