Healthy Protein Cabbage Tikki

Ingredients:

1. Shredded Cabbage: 1 Bowl

2. Gram Flour (Besan): 1 Cup

3. Green Chilies: As per taste

4. Red Chili Powder: 1tsp

5. Turmeric: 1tsp

6. Salt: 1tsp

7. Ginger Garlic Paste: 2tsp


Method

First things first add shredded cabbage, Besan (gram flour), ginger garlic paste, green chilies, red chili powder, salt, turmeric & little bit of water & mix it well. Decorate it with various shapes & then heat up a pan and spread the oil all over the pan & bake it for 15 minutes and serve hot.
