Healthy (Jowar)Sorghum Flour Paratha & Vadi Recipe

Ingredients:

Jowar Flour (sorghum): 1Cup

Capsicum: ½ Cup

Grated Cabbage: ½ Cup

Grated Beetroot: ½ Cup

Chopped Tomato: ½ Cup

Green Chili Paste: 1tbsp

Oregano: 1tsp

Turmeric: 1tsp

Garam Masala: 1tsp

Red Chili Powder: 1tsp

Salt: 1tsp

Jeera Powder: ½ tsp

Kasuri Methi: 1tbsp

Ghee (clarified butter): 2tbsp


Method

Healthy (Jowar)Sorghum Flour Paratha:

► For Making Healthy (Jowar)Sorghum Flour Paratha add 1 Cup Jowar (sorghum) Flour in a bowl then add capsicum, grated cabbage, grated beetroot, chopped tomato, green chili paste, oregano, turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, jeera powder, kasuri methi & 1cup water then knead the dough also add Ghee (clarified butter) & knead slightly.

Now Grease ghee on hands for non stickiness & make ball sized dough.

Then take a clean cloth or butter paper and keep the ball sized dough and pat gently. Now heat of a pan and grease ghee or butter then gently keep the paratha on pan and flip over & serve hot and enjoy.


Healthy (Jowar)Sorghum Flour Vadi:

► For Making Healthy (Jowar)Sorghum Flour Vadi add 1 Cup Jowar (sorghum) Flour in a bowl then add capsicum, grated cabbage, grated beetroot, chopped tomato, green chili paste, oregano, turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, jeera powder, kasuri methi & 1cup water then knead the dough also add Ghee (clarified butter) & knead slightly.

Then make a oval shaped dough & put it in vessel/ steamer and steam the vadi's and cut it into pieces and serve hot.
