Healthy Brown Rice Pulav

Ingredients:

Brown Rice: 1 Cup

Moong dal: ½ Cup

Cabbage: ½ Cup

Capsicum: ½ Cup

Carrot: ½ Cup

Tomato: ½ Cup

Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 teaspoon Spoon

- Spices needed for recipe

Kasuri Methi

Garam Masala

Turmeric

Groundnut

Salt

Cumin

Red Chili Powder


Method

First of all rinse the brown Rice and moong dal with water.

Then add oil in a sauce pan & groundnut, tejpatta, jeera/cumin, capsicum, carrot, cabbage, tomato, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, Kasuri Methi, salt & then add brown rice into it. Then add 2 cups of water and stir & boil then serve hot.
