First things first add ghee (clarified butter) in a sauce pan then add Grated beetroot, sauté for 2-3 mins then add milk and stir properly then let it cook for 10 minutes and sauté.
After add sugar into it and stir well, add desiccated coconut , milk powder, cardamom powder & almonds and stir well.
Then grease a plate with ghee/ butter and spread the batter all over the plate & garnish the almonds. Cut it into pieces.
